Re: Getting off of Xanax and AF recovery failure

I remember now..

You said that Dr.Lam's protocol put you on benzos.
It's very disturbing.
I actually want to start his protocol after I get off of everything.
For now I've been taking lipo c and glutathione mostly because I have Hep C which I I can't do the treatment for because my body is so weak. I'm not sure but the way I understand how the body works these two should help. I actually think I can cure it myself over time.

And what exactly dr.Lam gave you that caused such severe insomnia?...

In his book he says that DHEA should be used as a last resort tool.

As for the melatonin I just recently found out that it could be dangerous even at dosages as low as 1 mg.

You had such bad experience with dr.Lam that I'm not sure now if I should trust everything he writes in his book. I have very little mental energy to do any kind of serious research myself. Even this forum lately becomes draining. I used to read it because when I know that I'm not the only one who feels bad it made me feel better. Can you imagine?... Human nature I guess... I bet you half of the people on CZ are here for exact same reason:)

I read on this forum that people actually did recover following dr.Lam's protocol that's why I got very hopeful about it. And he sounds very logical to me when he explains the pathophysiology of AF. I stayed up for 3 nights reading his website when I found it. It explained so much about what happened to me and why I freaked out like that. I actually thought I had some borderline or narcissistic personality disorder or smth....

Can you tell me how much magnesium is too much?
