Re: Urine fast day 20 of 30 mole changing

You may be transitioning to complex food too quickly. That might screw with your digesting, lead to the development of yeast, and cause food cravings.

I tried to find the link but couldn't. Earlier today I found a nice webpage talking about how it should be done and it was very logical. I'll try to reconstruct what I read from memory.

For every five days of fasting, you need to do a "special diet" that consists of only fruit juice that is "dead" because living enzymes can overwhelm the system. So, either store-bought juice or juice you press yourself and then simmer for 10-15 minutes is advised. The juice should not be hot or cold, but room temperature (I'd probably drink it just a bit warm).

In particular, grape juice and citrus juice is recommended.

Afterward, meals of fresh fruit for a while. You can add in some yogurt here for the lactobacilli.

Then a vegan diet (no animal products) for a while. I would then gradually add in some butter and oil to get the bile flowing, along with turmeric, mustard seeds, so the like, because bitter tastes stimulate the bile.

I would suggest taking lactobacilli from the day you stop the fast to build up the right gut flora, to avoid the candida, that lead to gas and also to food cravings, especially carbs.

Often, we have food allergies or sensitivities to the foods we crave the most. Because they irritate us, our brain produces opiates to relieve the irritation, and it is the opiates that ironically get us addicted to the offending foods. so think about the foods that you crave and add them in in very small doses after you have gone through the above, and see how you react. Do you feel groggy? Fatigued? Overly excited?

I really don't know from personal experience what the best way is to end a fast. I'm trying to study on it because I don't want to waste all the effort of fasting by giving in to my cravings, which is probably what I would do if I don't have a plan. I hope this info helps.

Then gradually add in whatever animal products you like.
