Good to know Von Bingen,
John Armstrong's message (The Water Of Life) was that you did not need to know anything about the health problem, do the therapy - fasting, drinking most of your urine, massaging all over for as long as possible with urine and also drinking water - and any health problem will be solved as long as you keep it up long enough, the body will heal itself. From his book I got the impression that for minor things fast 7-10 days, for more difficult health issues 21-30 days and for people who start with big health problems up to 59 days.
