On day 18 I have lost a lot of my energy, feeling lethargic and weakened. My weight has not dropped as much as before either, now I am 97kg's which is 17kg's drop in 18 days. I just realised that for about 15 years from late twenties I was about 93kg the entire time so I guess I have not gotten down to that yet. Around the time I turned 40 I put on more, at 50 I put on more and at 60 I put on more. Too easy to eat well and not expending lots of energy each day. Interesting that my weight loss is levelling out a bit as I approach that "ideal" weight.
My first aim is to go past 21 days and my second aim is to go to 30 days.
I do not know what else to say, I will take it easier today.
