I used to work super early, before it was even light out, and too early to eat much of a breakfast or I would have some eggs.
I just felt like coffee was like an anti-nutrient, removing goodness from my body.
So I thought and thought of how I could make it richer, tried real cream, even tried the herbal coffees, then one day it dawned on my how much extra iron and other nice minerals I could have ingested by the end of the month if I just had a little molasses in my coffee.
Somehow my breakfast turned into almond butter on Ezekiel bread/toast with local honey. That molasses-coffee (with cream) and the toast and a scoop of EVCO sounds and tastes like it is fattening, but suprisingly I lost weight.
Then I started reading about the alkaline/acid balance and found out I had just instinctively turned my coffee and breakfast into a alkalizing meal.
Good you have lost the taste for coffee, that will save you some money! :)
I recently learned NOT to take a big mouthful of EVCO before bedtime. That kept me up better than any amount of espresso !!!! Great for energy, yowza!
