Using oil/fat as a weight loss foodstuff is absolutely absurd.If one looks at the nutritional content of oil they will see that it is almost identical to processed sugar.

The best use for coconut oil is topical and the concentrate is great for desert.

People who live in the tropics have access to fresh local produce year round.And there is no winter to slow down physical activities.Along with a more pristine environment.
