Oh, and I forgot to add, I think the book did raise the hackles of our vegetarian community. There are those out there that are fairly militant about not eating meat, which is entirely their right to feel this way. I suspect, many of the reviewers might be like this! But even if you are a vegetarian, the cool thing about Taubes book is that, even though he is not a conspiracist, he certainly has uncovered something that smacks of it in our country......Uh, our powers lying to us? No way! The food pyramid was built on very shaky ground.....follow the money, as always. Tweet
