Its a very good book Molly, has helped a very overweight friend lose almost 30kg, and she is much healthier too. I would also recommend reading it, (I took your advice and read it, and ended up buying it, its now doing the rounds of my friends and family, so thank you for your recommendation some months ago).
I use coconut oil all the time, in cooking, and by the spoonful, I've not put on weight from eating it, and my hair and skin love it. You can even massage it into your scalp, if you are prone to dandruff, works on horse dandruff too.
