Re: coffee enema

I can't really comment on how quickly you should use the coffee water. Are you planning to reheat it?

I just followed the basic recipe, word for word, on sawilsons web site that I mentioned above. Lots of people recommended the site at the time. I did get confused with quart/pint/litre/cup measurements.

I guess it was brain fog but I read the article wrong the first time and used a quart (2 pints) of enema all in one go without reading down to the end of the article that said divide in 2 and do 2 enemas one after the other.

I could never get the hang of doing 2 enemas. The liquid went cold. But one pint seemed to work for me and I think I heard the gall bladder release which was an achievement!

I only mentioned parasite cleansing because you did. It is not to be scared of. You are pretty unlikely to see things. I never did but my parasite was invisible anyway. parasite cleansing is arduous. You usually have to do it for a month and you can feel quite ill if you get constipated which is what happens as you cleanse. I take Oxypowder but that's because products with psyllium make me worse.
