Once again, thank you. I am so relieved to be able to ask these questions.
I never thought of the kool aid idea! I have tried to make my own jello, but it didn't work out.
You said when baking with stevia, where could I find it in should I say bulk? I haven't seen it anywhere only in packets. Also, apple fiber, would that be applesauce of something else?

I'm not sure if it was actually nettle that I picked that day, but our back yard where it was is extremely wet. Almost swampy at times. All I know is if it stings like that plant did, I will be wearing gloves for sure LOL.

Once again, I thank you. I talked to my brother today, and he is having symptoms like mine, so I relayed this site to him. I have no doubt he will feel better with all the knowledge you all have.
