Taking caffeine for low adrenal function sounds like the opposite of curing to me.
It sounds more like briefly propping up while causing more damage. Kind of like cocaine to address depression.
I grew disappointed with western medicine's tendency to address symptoms rather than trying to cure. Yet here seems to be an example of the same intention, but with a "natural" style. I guess allopathy can exist in natural medicine, too.
You appear to have some familiarity with underlying mechanisms. While I'm interested in natural cures, I'm not interested in being ignorant of how they work, so I might solicit your knowledge regarding specific aspects of adrenal fatigue. Well, I'll probably post my question(s) addressed to the forum at large, but I hope you'll respond.
