thanks, makes sense. I'm in Michigan, and we got our first little bit of snow last night, I think the barefooting season is close to over, but might be worth a try. Right now if I don't keep my feet warm they cramp up terribly, I'm having a serious problem with circulation in my lower body and my feet going numb, cold, etc., so the only time I'm putting cold on them right now is when I'm doing the hot/cold showers, when I can warm them up a lot, right away. If I can get the circulation problem figured out and under control, I might be able to handle the barefoot thing better.
