I was talking to Uny last night and she reminded me that I forgot something very important in my post to you and she is right, it is a very important aspect of healing.
I have had trouble sleeping my whole adult life. When I came to this forum and discovered Dr. Christopher and Dr. Schulze I started listening to and reading everything I can get my hands on lol. Anyway I was listening to a series of CD's that Dr. Christopher did from his lectures and I found something that is so SIMPLE it shocked me. If you'll read this post I'm sure it will help you too, it is such an easy thing to do and it resulted in having my first restful easy to go to sleep night of sleep I had had for years.
The thing Uny reminded me of is that the first part of healing my sleeping problem was not the herbal tinctures. You see, when we've had a physical problem for so many years and then find something that helps that problem the thing we don't realize is that the problem might have only been 75% gone. Since we are so used to having the problem when we clear it up 75% then it feels like its gone.
With all that being said I want to tell you the first thing that helped me immediately the first time I did it. It was barefooting! I don't know how I could have forgotten that ;(. The reason why it worked immediately the first time I did it was because I hadn't gone barefoot in many, many years so all that stored up bad EMF junk was permeating my body and had me in such a state it was showing up in my inability to sleep. We all know EMF's are bad news and we are all guilty of allowing them at some level in our bodies, case in point I'm sitting here in front of my laptop which is emitting those nasty EMF's lol.
Once I started barefooting on a daily basis, after a month or so the sleep didn't come as easy because my body was no longer in a state of constant agitation due to the EMF's so the barefooting didn't exactly solve the problem with sleep but I'm tellin ya it sure is beneficial on many levels and it is a very important thing I still do on a daily basis. It is so very relaxing and the tingling I feel in my legs when I barefoot is beyond description, just amazing.
So, please read my post on my barefooting experience and try it and see if it helps you too. If you're anything like me sitting around EMF's all day long and then not barefooting to allow them to ground out of your body then I'm sure it will produce a good nights sleep for you too if you'll try it. I don't know what part of the country you live in, if its cold or not but you can still barefoot in 30 degree weather if you'll put on a pair of 100% cotton or wool socks, just so long as they are made from a natural material it will still work.
