Re: PSYLLIUM & BENTONITE COLON CLEANSE

Hi PTree,

I've read here that some allow the shake to sit for a bit in order to hydrate the psyllium. Do you think this would aid in increasing the chances of mucoid plaque release? I've been taking P&B shakes for 3 weeks and I'm on a raw diet and I drink ~80 ounces of water per day; no mucoid plaque yet. :-(

I'd appreciate any advice you could provide. Many thanks!!

"I got horribly dehydrated with the BP shakes...losing balance, sore kidneys, dark urine. Someone told me to soak the psyllium for awhile before drinking it. I tried it and it worked, no dehydration. I got some plaque and some hardened colon shaped stool after 5 days. Pretty great."
