Re: What if you are allergic to psyllium

Hello Scientist. I've used CleanseSmart and FiberSmart about a month ago. My results were pretty good but I didn't pass anything like the pictures. So I decided to add Bentonite and use my remaining FiberSmart with it. I ended up finishing the FiberSmart and only used the Bentonite for a little while and got constipated. So I stopped taking it. That was a few weeks ago. I just bought some psyllium today so I can do the official B&P. I imagine other types of fiber will work. The only problem I had using the FiberSmart with Bentonite is that the good stuff in it will just be sucked up with the Bentonite. I would probably get some ground flax seed instead in place of the psyllium. As far as I've read, it's the Bentonite that releases the mucoid plaque and the fiber helps push it out. Good luck.
