Hi there! It's best not to put a label to what you have. If you read Journey to the Center of the Colon (within the link below) at The Doctor Within site...you'll see that you just MUST get your bowels moving.
First...are you drinking at least 2 litres of water a day? Starting your day with a few mugs of WARM water (this stimulates peristalsis) ? Do this diligently and within a few weeks (or earlier!) you'll notice much better bm's! Add a few tbsp of either olive oil to your daily routine or Udo's Choice...Eat fruit. Exercise. Relax in a bath. Castor Oil Packs.
You've got to get your bowels moving regularly...and I think you will!
