I live on the eastside- but I did find psyllium capsules (before I could commit to the Bentonite clay- but they did have it and were VERY helpful) at Vitatlity Health Foods in Kirkland (it's by Trader Joe's in totem lake) (425)821-1819 - and also at the Natural Foods Store in crossroads. I would also bet that you could try PCC.
