This is for alice77. I bought my psyllium and Bentonite at my local health food store. They don't come together. The Bentonite comes in powder or liquid form. Definately get the liquid. Psyllium is a green powder. The stuff really doesn't taste bad at all, I mix mine with diluted orange or apple juice. Good luck.
