whoops I already ordered the encapsulated psyllium husk to go with my Bentonite clay.. Do you think that i can open the capsules and mix it with the clay? Do you think that taking them in the capsule form with the Bentonite clay will still remove plaque? also can i take peppermint caps to combat the bloating and gas???
