Constipation Cure
Solve the root cause of constipation. Full herbal program.

Please tell me why oh why that i have done bento and phyl shakes 4 three weeks with both liquid bento and now powdered and NOTHING atall has come out .
Not only that i am scared that the longer the bento is in me the more harm it can do.
Has anyone had a result after a long time i am doing it morning and evening .
Also please can you let me know how with the powered bento i can stop it immediately forming into a hard paste,cos as soon as i put it in the cup and add the first tiny bit of water or juice it goes all gooey and lumpy is there a knack.
I really need somone to help me on this .
