Hello!

I have just started with some of these things.. I am having a problem finding herbs, flaxseed oil, bentonite, etc...

Anyway, I have some "fullers earth" also called "multani mitti" in India; it is a well known beauty enhancer.. I learnt that traditional healers prescribe to be ingested it as a treatment for worms. (link below) It is also volcanic ash (link below)

I am using this with psyllium (ispaghol in India).

I would really appreciate guidance on this, as I can't find Bentonite yet.
