Re: First day of 2nd fast I feel absolutely awful....
Hi there,
I had Candida for 10 years and have recently gotten rid of it this year, for good.
I also took Humaworm. I didn't find Humaworm did much for my Candida, but it did have several good effects in general. On the Humaworm instructions, they tell you... to finish the ENTIRE 30 days, whether you feel the effects or not, so I think it was a bad idea to stop just because "you didn't see anything". A lot of people "feel something" on day 21 and the last week of the cleanse. You need the entire 30 days because you need to kill all the stages of parasites, and it takes that long to run their course and for the herbs to make your body a place they don't want to be. Consider re-doing your cleanse,
parasite cleanses are one of the most important parts of good health.
Not sure what you mean by you didn't end your first 7 day fast well, but you sound new to fasting so I'd re-do your 7 day fast (properly) before doing a 14 day fast. Fasting (and healing your body) is not a rush process and doesn't have to be done at supersonic speeds (like we try to do everything in this society).
I would not take any vitamins or supplements with your fast, like Lulu says. It will interfere with it, you're supposed to be resting your digestive system and obvoiusly if your digestive system has to absorb herbs/minerals etc, it's working and you're not healing as much.
Also, you may not like to hear this, but in many brands of supplements there are toxins, even heavy metals, which is incredibly ironic given that most people take them to get better. Read Clark's book "
The Cure For All Diseases " for more info. With supplements, sometimes less is more. You best supplement should be the food (ideally fruit) we eat.
Good luck with your fast. You have more courage than most people to do it and I think that's great. Let us know your progress.
