I agree chrisb1, you are correct i figured it was from the hereditary diet that was passed down to me growing up. So far i'm the only one in the family that is showing signs of Gallstones to still have my gallbladder and believe me i will always have it not giving my organ up.. I do eat alot better than my family since ive been married 7 years ago due to the fact that my husband grew up Vegetarian so i have mostly become vegetarian as well. I'm very dedicated to bettering my body and plan on fasting for 14 days then 14 days of juicing and blending fruit and vegetables before i enter solid foods. I do admit we still eat the american diet but just substitute veggie meat such as lasagna and i do love these sorts of foods. Is it ok to still do these types of meals or should i just go vegan (this would be hard for me i love these types of food) I do though LOVE veggies and fruit and could see eating salad and stirfrys every meal could i just add like some homemade lasagna to my salad or something like that??? I also have a vitamixer and a jack lelana juicer and a dehydrator so i have all the equiptment and really no excuses haha... I recently 2 weeks ago cut out soy milk and soy meat since i recently found out it can make you infertile which i'm trying to get pregnant after this fast. I am curious in learning more about this diet or way of life that you use chrisb1 ive never heard of the natural hygiene diet. Is it ok to use natural hygiene while pregnant or do i need protein? Is there a book i could buy and study??? Thanks so much for your help and encouragement..
