Re: First day of 2nd fast I feel absolutly awful....

Hello snowflowr82,
there is an old and established saying within Natural Hygiene: the worse the symptoms of elimination (which usually happen in the early days of a fast) the more there is a need for the fast.
Elimination symptoms can be intolerable, (I think I had some of the most severe detox symptoms going on my first fast) but your body is actually doing you a favor. As time passes, usually within the first 10 to 15 days, those symptoms subside as cleansing is being accomplished, and you should then begin to feel better and more able to continue.

Paul Bragg used to say: "Just grin & bear".
Short-term losses reap such long-term gains, so a strong mental approach here would be very helpful to you.
There are no easy answers I'm afraid.
Rest, ( Shelton recommended bed-rest) and plenty of it, is the order of the day.

Sorry I cannot be more helpful.

Regards

Chrisb1.
