Re: First day of 2nd fast I feel absolutely awful....

Thanks so much i really appreciate the links and info. The lasagna i make doesn't have any red meat in it just morning star sausage which is vegetarian then i put cottage cheese and only alittle mozarella cheese but your right the combo is probably not good for digestion.... my hubby will be disapointed he loves my lasagna (I did hint to him that our eating will probably change after my fast and liquid diet) but i made it for him the other night so he could get his last taste in. I'm excited about eating better for my body and seeing the results.. I saw yesterday on TV a smoothie where they put in strawberries banana's and apples with spinach and ice ohh it looked so good. How long have you been doing the NH diet???? do you mind telling me what exactly its done for you. Have you gotten any sickness since starting it??? sorry to be picking your brain but you have so much expertise and life experience and i'm just a sponge right now haha... My passion is nutrition and holistic health but i'm still pretty new at it and trying to learn as much as i can and apply it to my own life.. I'm tired of feeling tired :) thankfully i have a great imune system starting out and hardly get sick anyways even though i haven't eaten the best my whole life.. It probably helps that i have never smoked, drank coffee, drank pop, don't drink juice anymore and rarely rarely drink alcohol..... well here's to health and prosperity.. You really should write a book on your knowledge!! your the best
