Be careful of that Fast5 thing, it's a diet nothing more and not at all relating to a water fast. The fact that they allow you to eat anything at all in that 5 hours shows they have no idea and don't care about the health of the person, only the goal of the exercise. The end justifies the means! If what you've been doing so far has been working then stick with it, if you want to adjust it in any way I would be increasing the time of your fasts rather than lessening it. For example stretch it to two days fasting- one day eating, or even two days fasting and two days eating, this would be more beneficial than the Fast5 plan which is just skipping meals.
