Re: Intermittent Water fasting.

Hi Theresa, i had an ovary removed many years ago because i had cyst as big as an orange apparently. I wish i had known about fasting then. I remember crawling on the floor in agony.

You say you have slow metabolism, ever checked your thyroid out. Can i suggest you cut out the soy, as this is not good for slow metabolism, in fact i think it could have been instrumental in causing my hypothyrodism.

I find this intermittent water fasting, fascinating, as long as you eat probably on eating day, i had heard not that good for you otherwise, but i hadn't heard of anyone doing this and getting the sort of results you are.

Do you still take supplements etc. I don't know if it would work to balance out my endocrine system though. I still think i will try a longish fast, but if i find it to difficult, your way might work for me. I do worry about electrolytes and BP getting to low on WF, as mine is lowish anyway. But i want to try and see if i settle into it as it would be a quicker way of gaining back my health.

Anyway glad it works for you.
