Actually i might try this, until i am free to do the longer one. It is just a theory, but stopping and starting eating, might even kick start the thyroid, like reving up an engine, or is this just wishful thinking. lol

I googled IF and read a couple of forums, but some people were bingeing on the eating day, which is not good. I reckon if you eat super healthily on eating day, the detox effect would continue, and though it wouldn't be a true fast, it would still be healing to some extent.

I think it wouldn't work for some people though, as you need alot of discipline, to eat one day and not the next.

I expect i need to do the WF for longer though, to balance endocrine.
