Yes Bling,

IF can achieve the desired results, just so long as there are permanent lifestyle changes throughout and thereafter; but I am skeptical as to its benefits for the seriously ill or chronically diseased.
Health can be improved immeasurably just by lifestyle changes, which I feel is something that most people overlook.
Your body is constantly striving towards health: all we have to do is aid it in its efforts by the correct use of Diet, rest and sleep, fresh air, exercise and emotional poise.
If these elements of health are used in combination, and in proportion to what the body needs............robust health and boundless energy is the ultimate reward, and achievable by just about anyone.
