Re: Intermittent Water fasting.

You don't have to go straight from eating a normal diet to a raw one to have great benefits immediately. Just replacing your breakfast with fruit can make a huge difference. And starting by adding more of the raw foods you do like to your diet. Bulk up your meals with raw salad veggies, reducing the amount of cooked/processed foods you eat by default- these simple things can be the beginning and health enhancing just on their own. You don't have to pile your salad high with greens to start with if they taste like crap to you right now. Stick with what you like and your tastes/desires for more raw food will grow, especially with fasting and breaking your fast correctly as well. I grew up hating salads, even a raw tomato was the last thing I'd want to eat- unless it was directly off the plant. But while fasting I started craving basic things like lettuce and tomato and other previously distasteful foods. Now, since I've been combining eating raw with fasting raw food is pretty much all I desire, and all the tastes that I seem to require can be satisfied by one raw food or another.

Andrew.
