my experience comes indirectly from my little sweetheart that experience severe pms... but found help through using 'dong quai' and 'damiana'... i could really tell the difference when she didn't take it...
but what i really wish to address is your mental state of being... this is the thing that most urgently needs attention... the liver flushes... diet... and whatever other cleanses you wish to do will prove beneficial i am sure... but what i am mostly concerned with is your spiritual condition... this is the one facet of our lives that most of us totally neglect... i've read some of the posts above and i understand that you are not (so to say) financially secure... but you admitted that you had done a lot of alcohol and drugs... which could prove to be your greatest asset... if you will but try attending a few Alcoholics Anonymous meetings you may discover the spiritual help and support you that heretofore have been missing in your life... for what seems to be the worse thing that could have happened to you can prove to be the most wonderful... (i know... this probably doesn't make sense to you... but if you give it a chance it will)
i am an alcoholic... i've enjoyed a life of sobriety for over 15 years now... and i still attend meetings regularly... and have had no problem... no desire to drink or do drugs during those 15 years... and truthfully would not trade places with anyone in this world...
there is one particular page (page #64) in our AA big book i wish you to read... and one particular line i wish you to pay particular interest in... which states:
"once the spiritual malady is overcome we straighten out mentally and physically"...
which as i interpret... means that my biggest problem had always been one of a spiritual nature... hope you find your problem to be the same because it can be so easily remedied... if you are interested... you may wish to read some of the AA book which can be read on line @ the link i have posted below...
good luck...
all the best to you trysten...
God bless...

and remember the lines of Mr. Rogers...
"it's a wonderful day in the neighborhood"...
that is... unless you choose otherwise...
