Thank you so much. Your post helped a lot. I hate being so negative but sometimes it all becomes too much for me. I dont know if the seeds and nuts Im eating are the problem. I dont *think* they are because Ive eaten them off and on over different periods of my life and never noticed a difference. Its so hard to tell though. I make sure to only eat them raw and usually partially sprouted though, so they are easier to digest.

Im gonna try that asprin thing I think. Would dissolving two pills {low dose} in some water and then mixing it with my soap work? Tweet
