No I did not, I realised that it was a mistake to use such things in the colon. The colon consists of biofilms which protect the bacteria from antibiotics and other organisms. To use anything which could cause damage to them is a mistake and could have serious health consequences and alter the normal immune response. After what you say I think that you had a chronic infection of your stomach which also affects your transverse colon and the SBO triggered break up of the biofilm in the transverse colon. Have you tried just using juice from one of your batches to ferment the next batch instead of using so many more capsules? Has anyone else tried this with veggies cultured using the LB17? Hi, I just wanted to say that in my case of dysbiotic bacteriosis which resulted from a doctor prescribing Bactrim for a Blastocystis infection, probiotics ”saved the day”. It may be true that they don’t establish colonies in the colon, intestinal tract and that you must keep on taking them in order to see the results but without them I would not have been able to function in my job (controlling the diarrhea) and assisting my GI tract to heal itself. In looking at some SBOs (Royal Flora for example) I see on the label listed ”1 Trichoderma”. I also think it is a mistake to add enzymes and probiotics with the herbs. The enzymes break down the fibers needed to feed the flora before they can do their job. I can understand why you would slam chlorella and spirulina. Both of these supplements made me extremely ill. I tried chlorella and spirulina more than 10 years ago.
