Has anyone tried Edible Earth? It's a bentonite clay supplement

I know Bentonite Clay is included in Dr. Schulze 's Intestinal Formula #2. On his website he states the following......Most Bentonite Clays are just dug-up desert muck dried in gas furnaces or ovens, and therefore polluted with toxic and carcinogenic hydrocarbon residues from this gas-drying process (it’s like car exhaust). The only Bentonite Clay that I use is harvested in pristine desert climates, far away from civilization and then spread on the desert floor and naturally solar and air-dried without using any artificial heat sources. This makes a very clean, very potent and far superior Bentonite Clay.

So does anyone know how "pure" the Edible Earth is? I do Dr. Schulze 's 5 Day bowel detox about once every 3 months, and I considered purchasing Edible Earth to take once daily, in addition to Schulze's cleanse every 3 months. I just wondered if the clay used in Edible Earth could possible be an unpure clay as Schulze mentioned above. Tweet
