I'm well aware of everything you've written. The papain would be a short term solution, because of a blockage in the colon, due to hardened rope worms and bezoars.

In the meantime I found some more information about using papain in an enema.

In this hospital they used it:

Enzymes in an enema have been used in Europe/Germany for cancer and other diseases, the websites are in german, so I think they aren't useful for you ;-)
