I don't know about soil probiotics killing anyone, but if I were you I'd take a bunch of good probiotics like kefir, yogurt, kimchi etc.

I don't think it's that easy to kill someone. Did you google it and research what you took and antidotes?

Maybe the hospital can flush it out?
