Yes, the primal defense and the "Perfect Food" by Rubin's company, did get changed awhile back. When I buy any I search for the original formulas--they worked for me. In reading the lists of strains I believe it was the Bacillus subtilis (soil organism, spore-forming) strain that was there originally and not in the new formulations that must have made the difference for me. B, Subtilis can be found on tiger nuts. I'm wondering if I should order some and plunk them into the next batch of veggie ferment I make. Wonder if they would multiply...
