Im sorry to hear that you did have any effects from Primal Defense. I was actually eager to try it out for a couple of months along with homemade sauerkraut and see if it would help. I have one 180 pill jar at home at the moment.

Do you have any bowel distress or Candida that wont go away? What was you goal with ingesting the probiotics?
