I've used many store bought probiotics in the past, which I didn't know back then, but they are not effective. then I tried primal defense, up to 3 months, cost a fortune, and didn't help either. found out about em, starting culturing it myself. at least it was inexpensive, but alas, also no effects.

have you tried em and if so, how does this one compare? this one looks very good.
