I was wondering if you use any salt if you use
the probiotics??
I am using a fermentation crock like you have
and eat a lot of kimchi. It has really made my
digestion wonderful. I rarely eat dairy based
yogurt any more preferring the fermented veggies.
I would like to get good at making kraut. Do you
prefer the crock or the fermenting jar with air
lock for your kraut??
