Ok good. Theoretically those are good herbs for pitta to stimulate bile flow. You might add in triphala to the mix. But, if you are just pushing on the liver and not releasing junk then you will have problems. Are you able to tell if you are releasing from the liver or gallbladder? Just water by itself would have been sufficient to get you going. Chocolate after fasting is dangerous. There were two cases of death from eating a candy bar after a long fast. You really shouldn’t go too far with the sugar. Regular alcohol is fine in moderation (in my experience) but sugary drinks aren’t. What happens when you take anti-candida supplements while simultaneously feeding the candida through food or liquid consumption is that you’re letting the candida not only grow back but also grow resistant to the things you’re taking, which ultimately will cause problems later on. I know this about this: My one sister had terrible acne...washed her face religiously daily, used ointments, etc, to no avail. She finally went to the doctor. He said, NO DAIRY. In one week her face cleared...two weeks she almost was unrecognizable because before that all you could see, bless her heart, was the acne.
