broke my fast some hours ago. ate alot of food without any problems, i belive that if you are were 1000 years ago and found food you would eat it no matter what. broke fast with bananas, peanut butter, watermellon, lemons and organic cornflakes. feeling good no heavy bloated gut or dhiarea so ye. But its maybe because it only was around 7 days and i have alot of mass on me and a fast metabolism so. Thanks guys will def do this again in 1-2 months feeling amazing
