what kind of parasite is this? is it an egg? I Found it in my stool. It was an orange /brown colored shell. It was really hard, i squeezed it and this white bean looking thing came out, with a small white tip. It's about the size of a cherry pit.

I have seen long flat pale worm looking things in my stool, and things that look like chopped carrots although i dont eat raw carrots, what could this be?? PLEASE HELP! I've been eating a lot of raw garlic and tons of olive oil and hemp seed oil. I've been taking a lot of different anti-parasitic herbs and supplements.
