I use to smoke cigs, drink, marijuana, and other drugs on occasion from early teens to adulthood. I think the Sugar now, has replaced ALL the dopamine hits my body use to get from all of the aforementioned.
I am on 3 days no processed sugar. I am consuming fruits + vega protein. I am NOT buying or consuming any added sugars / processed sugars.
I have noticed my blood Sugar balancing out more already. I just am so tired, constantly.
I have not had 5 hour energy. Are you talking about the energy drinks? if so, that would induce major anxiety with me.
