Re: Any solid products for acne control?

I know this about this: My one sister had terrible acne...washed her face religiously daily, used ointments, etc, to no avail. She finally went to the doctor. He said, NO DAIRY. In one week her face cleared...two weeks she almost was unrecognizable because before that all you could see, bless her heart, was the acne. Unfortunately she waited until she was almost a senior and had a complex about her appearance by then. She has always said,"IF only I had known sooner..."

My other sister did projectile vomiting as a one-month old and broke out all itchy and facial and diaper rash. FINALLY a doctor suggested a dairly allergy and put her on soy and she cleared up in a week, but for a year she was miserable.

My wife was ill for a year until she gave up dairy for a week...then she was totally recovered. Here was her key: She had tried no-dairy but for only two days. It takes about five days to see the results then they are dramatic.
