Ok good. Theoretically those are good herbs for pitta to stimulate bile flow. You might add in triphala to the mix.

But, if you are just pushing on the liver and not releasing junk then you will have problems. Are you able to tell if you are releasing from the liver or gallbladder?

I haven't seen chromium and vanadium fail to help blood Sugar problems.

Citrus can stimulate the pancreas and thus act similar to Sugar in regard to your situation.

Look up the pancreatitis diet on google. I think it's similar to a very strict pitta pacifying diet.

You might want to do a Liver Flush or 10 or coffee enemas.

Here's a good test for you. Try drinking some boiled milk, even with some added natural Sugar to it. See if this raises your blood sugar. Tweet
