I tried the hydrogen peroxide detox during the first 7 day I had a outbreak but its healed fast and later on like 18 days I go it again but it was less intence. I did the detox for 1 month 1/2 ( I tought I cured it ) but when you stop taking hydrogen peroxide you will get outbreaks again. only thing I can suggest avoid eating the foods that triggers it and control your stress try to find something to help your adrenal glands like aswagandha and eat clean of course I have also heard people doing liver cleanses and they dont have outbreaks anymore.... I realize this post is old but still came up on my search. I have been extremely diligent about keeping my body pH level alkaline. Because I too believed the alkaline pH will fight off viruses naturally...I have been testing my pH daily for over a year now it runs between 7.25 and 7.5 sometimes slightly higher (what I have read is the healthy range for saliva/urine pH). Highly doubt its my bile, cause when I did the colonscopy prep, I was pretty much pooping yellow water. Which is a good indication bile is fine, and plus my CBC didnt show anything abnormal about my liver. My iron has been low, but recently brought that up with copper supplementation.   [End]
