Re: Coconut Oil Trial Update

I just started doing this about two days ago. I had an outbreak in October 2016. I have two spots that still have not gone away. I am hoping this will help. Acyclovir does not seem to help me at all.
I haven't had an outbreak for 3 years before this . I have genital herpes, but diagnosed with HSV1.
I just recently read an article on coconut oil and herpes and immediately tried it. I eat a tablespoon in the morning and a tablespoon at night. I also use it on the area where my outbreaks occur at night. I use coconut oil for many other things as well, and love the benefits and results it has. I am very excited to see how it helps me with this!
