Yes it is your reaction to food, large food molecules, incompletely digested which your immune system reacts to. Quercetin has some antihistamine effects so it might be worth looking at that for the time being. Be aware that very large doses can cause damage so do not go overboard on it popping capsules every hour. Some foods are high in quercetin BTW. That sounds like the result of histamine. Your blood histamine levels are probably high which sensitizes your body to allergens. This happens with hayfever where antihistamines are usually used. That does not really solve it because the cause of the high histamine is not addressed. High histamine levels can also cause sleep disturbances in some cases because it is a brain stimulant which can prevent sleep in some people. I react poorly as well. I found that the only magnesium I can barely tolerate is Natural Calm magnesium citrate natural (without stevia). I only take a bit as well. (I didn’t know that it affect sodium... I already consume a lot of sodium and I’m dealing with a constant state of depletion. I don’t think adding more salt is the answer)   [End]

Yes. Very common. Magnesium lowers sodium, which is already low in adrenal fatigue, so your adrenals have to work harder to try to get sodium back up. Although I haven’t seen people report it with just oral magnesium, since bowel tolerance limits overdoing it. It happens a lot with Epsom salt baths or magnesium oil that you apply on your skin, which are not limited by bowel tolerance   [End]

Has anyone here with AF found that they’re unable to tolerate Magnesium? When I try oral Magnesium, it ’crashes’ me and worsens my hunger, hypoglycemia, dizziness, brain fog etc. I thought I might tolerate a spray better, but just sprayed on the equivalent of 100mg and am having the exact same reaction. I’ve wondered if it might be a detox reaction? Does Magnesium stimulate the immune system at all?   [End]

You can get rid of both problems with colloidal silver. For the face a silver gel would be better because keeping it moist is crucial. This might be problematic depending on what you daily routine is. [Amazon] For the toe fungus I would soak it while watching TV, or whatever else you have to do that don’t require that you move around. It might be worth trying Ionic Silver in a hand pump bottle and spray it onto your facial skin. For your toe fungus it might work as well. For athletes foot I used Iodine in a pump spray bottle which cleared it inside a week. I used Lugols iodine but potassium iodide might be effective without staining everything like lugols iodine does. Ionic Silver would probably equally effective without staining.
