Re: Gut dysbiosis/Candida overgrowth stool test analysis help

Yes, it does seem to specifically be anti-viral herbs/spices i react to.

I have been on selenium, a,c,e - for yrs - this does help hugely.

The parasite cleansing mix i was taking had clove in it. I had severe pain from the 1st dose - i NOW know that the eyelid twitching while on those herbs was likely epstein barr - which can infect the eyes.

I've been looking at anti-viral diets - high lysine/low arginine - seems to be CRUCIAL to inhibiting viral function aswell as bacteria and parasites - so i've got lysine on order and am giving up chocolate, peanut butter etc....all those nasty high arginine foods i would have a weird craving for - or rather the viruses were craving them!

Truly - after SOOO many years deeply researching endocrine disorders and other disease states - im NOW convinced that background viruses in the body are the primary cause of many of these disorders.
Also, i no longer believe in 'genetic' cancers etc - because once we realise that viruses live INSIDE cells (whereas bacteria/ parasites are outside the cell) they are able to disrupt cell function and destroy our DNA coding - effectively being able to change our DNA.

Which got me thinking - so many people are MTHFR - isn't it interesting that lysine and methionine are ESSENTIAL for keeping viruses in check? So potentially, once a virus gets established in cells - it's able to down regulate via DNA MTHFR to prevent so much methionine being produced.

Bowel tests are a good starting point for folk and i think the OP of this thread should follow his results closely and start anti-virals with probiotics.

I've been taking mega doses of probiotics 200 billion - and my test was very LOW for probiotics - i guess because there's so much junk in there of bacteria and viruses simply consuming the 'good guys' i put into me.
So i really do think that a gut cleanse/anti viral protocol should be started before spending out on expensive high dose probiotics - they should be introduced probably after a month of anti-viral protocol.

I intend to keep consuming low dose probiotics - i rotate them - just to keep me 'sane' mood-wise - while starting the anti-viral diet (great videos on youtube about this) - then i'll introduce the 'big guns' very high dose probiotics once i've got the viral load inhibited and weakened by the diet.

So i think it's a good indication of a viral load if a person takes small dose clove, turmeric, oregano oil and has crippling 'gut' cramps/pains. All my recent test results are indicating this as a root cause, coupled with years/decades of evolving symptoms which got so bad i couldn't function at all.

Caffeine inhibits lysine - hence why most are hooked!

I tried glutamine to repair the lining of the gut a while back. Now the bowel test has said i've got human RNA in my sample suggestive of gut inflammation and bowel lining damage i'm going to get back on the glutamine....i am yet to check if viruses love glutamine though!

Black seed Oil is another great viral/bacterial/fungus/cancer preventative and inhibitor. Definitely going to try that after many claiming such good results.

Candida and all that other junk we can have in us - simply none of it can survive if we stop feeding these bugs what they love to eat. The anti viral diet works for funguses, bacteria, parasites too.
